I tried to deal with an online florist and the woman was rude and obnoxious. I called Andalusia Flower & Gift Shop. The lady was helpful, courteous, and sympathetic. She helped me choose the funeral arrangement, and what to say on the card. I recommend this shop to anyone ordering from out of state OR locally! I will update after the flowers are delivered tomorrow!
The care and warm sentiment expressed by Mrs Sowell in a personal note written on the receipt given to my Auntie when a close relative recently passed away was enough to rate 5 stars alone. But the quality of the Mini Arboricola that was purchased, according to Auntie, was excellent as well. I was born in Andalusia but haven't lived in the area since leaving to join the USN more than 40 years ago. But based on my Auntie's high rate of satifaction time and time again, this establishment will continue to receive all of my future business regarding anything that they offer.
I cannot believe it has taken me so long to write a review for Andalusia Flower & Gift. I live out of state, but my family is here, and I always call them when I need flowers sent back home. They are priced *so much better* than ordering flowers online, and they always create beautiful arrangements for every occasion! It's always a pleasure ordering over the phone, and they always get my flowers delivered on time. One time, they even found out my mom was not home at the time of delivery, and delivered the flowers to her work instead, at no extra charge! I am a lifetime customer of Andalusia Flower & Gift ! :)
I am quite partial to this Flower Shop because the owner is my mother! I have seen first hand the sacrifice that her and my father have personally put in this shop! They have always poured every ounce of love and workmanship possible into every arrangement or funeral piece. I have seen beautiful weddings that were designed with every want and wish from the bride taken into account at every turn! I know that even if we’re not her son that just her reputation alone is all you need to know to order from them! I am proud of their hard work and success!
Very sweet and kind people. Did a fabulous job on the spray and bouquets my family ordered for my sister's funeral. Costs were affordable and not nearly as expensive as other places. They even created the spray from an idea my second mom came up with. It was so beautiful and was exactly what was envisioned.
