I ordered from the first time from Gwen and her work is absolutely beautiful! I ordered a bouquet for one of my employees birthday! She was super surprised and could not stop saying how beautiful the flowers were. Thank you again Gwen! I will be back!
Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! My niece ordered her corsage for prom from her and was told it would be ready at a certain time and had her delayed because it was not ready upon pick. Once we went to put it on her, we noticed the wrist band was missing and she was unable to even wear it to prom. Will never do business with her again. She was unwilling to compensate for HER mistake and placed blame on everyone but herself.
I called R&K on Friday to order a plant for a funeral I’d just found out about that was scheduled for 12 noon the next day. Ronda was so efficient and professional that she even asked about colors for the ribbon being placed around the plant. In an hour she sent me a text that the plant had been delivered to the funeral home. I was absolutely speechless regarding the level of customer service and technique in closing out the transaction. I initially called the nationwide flora service advertised on the funeral home’s website and they told me every local florist was closed but not R&K. They stay open longer than competitors in their local area and provide top-notch customer service! I live in Atlanta but will surely tell EVERY I know in the Birmingham area to patronize this amazing business. Thank you Ronda! 💕💚
