Never been so disappointed in a florist in my life. My sister and I wanted a over the top cover of beautiful flowers for our mothers casket, we didn't mind paying extra as matter of fact we paid 200 extra. It was not bigger than your norm fact it was only norn. Feeling cheated and will never again buy or recommend them to anyone. If you cannot do the job requested then say you cannot instead of disappointing a family during grief. Guess they got a 200 bonus.
Had flowers done by this company for a funeral , just yesterday I think they are beautiful..
To say I was disappointed, is an understatement. I wanted to send my sister flowers for her birthday. The cheapest bouquet they sell is $50. My total was $70. $5 for tax, $10 for delivery and $5 to use my card over the phone. My sister sent me a picture of the flowers. If I would have seen these, I wouldn’t have paid $10 for them. It looked like they were picked in the side of the road. 90% weeds and about 2 wilted actual flowers. I’ve never been so disappointed in a flower shop.
They did a beautiful floral arrangement for my father in laws headstone on request in a short period and we're very friendly, helpful and did exactly as we requested
