We ordered a Designer’s Choice for our brothers memorial on 7/20/2025. This was used on the front table by his ashes. When I arrived I was so disappointed & actually horrified at the brown & dying flowers. I reached out to the florist & got an email back saying this met their standards. You tell me. Would this meet anyone’s standards. The arrangement was $120. It’s not the money that us but the condition of the glowers. The store basically said, Kids Off. No apology, nothing. NEVER use this florist. It truly was upsetting.
Edited to add: The most concerning part of this experience is that your company delivered an order slip with the flowers that contained the sender’s ENTIRE credit card number with security code and zip code. Being frivolous with privacy information is unacceptable. A beautiful arrangement was delivered. The delivery person took a photo of me receiving the order which was awkward. After reading the note from the sender, I noticed they left the order slip and receipt with my flowers. They charged the sender for a delivery more than 15 miles away when I only live 2.5 miles from the shop. The worst part is they included the credit card info with my order!!!! Buyer beware!!
Ellie did a great job arranging these flowers for Five Star Storage on Moores Mill Rd! We wanted it to be decorated for fall and she did not disappoint!
We are so thankful for the Rusty Rooster and the Mahathey family that owns this local florist! We have ordered multiple times for funerals but this is also my husband's go to florist for flowers for me. They always do such a beautiful and incredible job and just great and genuine and loving people!
