Bay Flowers

I’ve ordered several bouquets to be delivered over the past few years, and I am never disappointed. I always choose “designer choice” and they’ve always fine an amazing job.

The owner Kim is talented, she knows it and is pretty rude about it. There's another younger girl there that answers the phone who is great, a talent for customer service, unusual name I can't remember. But Kim is rude, condescending and makes it seem like she doesn't have time to deal with peasants. The other lady that does flowers is pretty meh but not rude at least. Bay Flowers does nice work but its not worth dealing with the owner for me. She needs to get over herself.

I trusted this florist with their “Designer’s choice” option. They delivered this jaw-dropping arrangement. It was perfect, right down to the choice of vase and stuffed-animal. I can’t recommend this florist enough. They’re now officially my go-to choice of florist.

I appreciate that the flowers are always delivered promptly and are always fresh - they are still blooming long after delivery.

I just ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday from Bay Flowers, and I can honestly say they have some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and beautiful flowers! While the arrangement was not exactly as described, I called them to discuss and they were beyond kind and understanding. The flowers sent were still extremely pretty though! I will be using them again for future flowers I send in Mobile. It was recommended to me to call them ahead and ask them what they have in stock / discuss, and I will do that next time. Thank you again for the customer service and making my mom’s day!
