Ordered flowers to be delivered the next day for my wife and I anniversary. The flowers never arrived. Tried to contact the phone number posted. Tried 12 times. All I got was an answering machine that was full and could not take any more messages. I have disputed charges with my credit card company. So I guess we'll see how that goes. I even sent a complaint to the main company. No response. I would highly recommend to stay away from this florist unless you want to be disappointed and ripped off!
Terrible business! Never received my flowers from my husband on Valentine’s Day. The day they were supposed to delivered, he called and they said it would be delivered by 5, my work closes at 5 and they didn’t arrive before closing. The next day when I called to ask for a refund, they were very unapologetic. Said they would give him a refund and to wait 5-7 business days.. waited , no refund! tried calling, twice , no answer! Left a an email, no answer. Tried to give them the benefit of the and make it right… but they didn’t. So I DO NOT recommend this business!
