I am at disbelief this place is still in business...just as the others..my order to my mother for her Birthday, arrived a day late, was not at all what I ordered, and the flowers were wilting
ONLY GIVING 1 start because GOOGLE WONT LET YOU REVIEW WITHOUT AT LEAST 1 STAR! I live in Orlando. My friend lives in mobile. I chose this place as the options were slim in her area! The bouquet I ordered was $80, & I ordered it a WEEK in advance of when I needed it to be delivered. So for 1 week, this establishment knew about the order. To our surprise, the order was NEVER delivered. The phone number they have listed, is NOT REAL! Try it!! After I placed the order via their website, I received a confirmation email, so I assumed everything was okay. The day of delivery, I heard nothing from the store. No correspondence, nothing about preparing the order or status or even delivering, NOTHING. By 3pm eastern, I was calling the fake number, emailing, nothing. My friend confirmed that she didn’t receive anything from me. I was so upset. So sad. And extremely disappointed. Thank GOD I purchased via AMEX, they were able to investigate the company and provide me additional phone numbers to contact them! I was able to get a hold of their supporting company that they partner with?! They apologized. They refunded my order and resent a comparable bouquet from another flower shop nearby. I hate leaving negative reviews. But I hate being deceived more!
My fiancé bought me flowers from this establishment. He was having issues with them wondering when My flowers would arrive. 4 days after placing the order they called and asked for me. Then told me I would getting a flower delivery. Talk about trying to make a surprise for someone. They could’ve just asked for directions. So my surprise wasn’t really a surprise. Then when I get the flowers, they’re hot. The ribbon look like it had dust on it and dirt. Out of one dozen roses, I had six, which look like they were burned from sitting in the heat. The roses were not fresh at all, not pleased with this place will never do business again with them ever.
We ordered an arrangement from here for a friend who lost their daughter recently and we were very disappointed in flowers. When we first arrived to pick up it was nothing like we ordered. When she delivered to me a hour later it still wasn’t what we ordered, it was sloppy done , smelled like fumes and had tape showing all around. I called to speak with the owner she said to bring it back for a refund bc we apparently won’t be happy with anything we received. She then decided that we would not be getting a refund bc I was rude to her on phone, which I was not, but would exchange for something else in her shop.she then proceeded to say if I showed up on her property she would call the police. This lady is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with . I would not recommend this florist! You will not get what you ordered!
I am extremely upset with this order. My husband, who is currently on deployment, went out of his way to order me a specific flower arrangement, and what I received was completely different. On top of that, most of the flowers were brown, wilted, and clearly not fresh. UNREAL. I have called SEVERAL times, and every single call goes straight to voicemail.
