Buck got me taken care of quickly and for a good price. He put together the perfect combination of roses and lillies for my wife's graduation. He communicated with me to make sure the order was put together and ready on time. My only "ding" is that it was difficult most days to get an answer over the phone. Only a minor grumble though and would use his skills again!
I am so utterly disappointed. I ordered the most expensive basket that was offered and even paid $30 to upgrade it to the “Best” version of it, a total of $200. What my friend received was anything but the best. I have spoken to the owner who has gone from “I’m so sorry” to “I will pick up some things at the grocery store and she can meet me somewhere to get them” to not delivering anything else at all. Attached is what I ordered, the basic version, and what I received…a fruit basket with some crackers and Walgreens cookies. I am humiliated at this point and would never ask someone who was supposed to get a basket of value to “meet me to get the stuff that was left out.” It has now been over a week since the original order took place of the basket below with the purple bow. I am now hearing from the owner today once I requested a refund by email. I cannot possibly ask the friend who received the basket to do anything at all to “complete” her basket.
This arrangement was delivered to my cousin on today. I called so many places and none of them delivered to her area. However, this florist made an exception for a small fee. My family was so happy to have received it. She a said they had not been there 5 minutes before she called to say thank you. It's when you receive something unexpectedly it lights up your entire day!
