I ordered flowers for my friend through Martha Rea's website. The process was easy. When I discovered, that the day I had originally requested delivery would not work, I called and was able to move up the delivery a day. They were friendly and helpful, and the flowers were beautiful. My friend loved them. I would definitely order from Martha Rea's again.
Where do I start? From the initial phone call with my elaborate and urgent request for same-day delivery, to the drop off, was absolutely flawless. Ashley is truly one of a kind, she assisted me through the whole process, assured me that they would take care of everything and also take care of my dear friend for her birthday, which was also her gender reveal. I chose to allow the florist to use his creative genius to fulfill this request, and he absolutely exceeded my expectations. The delivery driver didn’t just drop the flowers off. He made it an entire experience for my dear friend. Joked with her, laughed with her and lifted her mood and spirit on what was a pretty tough day. I would recommend them to anyone I know, and they have my loyalty from this moment on. Thank you guys again, Ashley and the team for making this experience one to remember. Oh and let’s not forget their ADORABLE Teddys!!! I’ll just let the picture speak for itself…..
B- grade. Sent my wife flowers. They arrived on time and she loved them. When I got home and reviewed the flowers, I noticed that they were NOT as vibrant or healthy as the website demonstrated. I would have not pick these myself, but they did the job.
Ashley provided excellent customer service today. She retrieved a delivery she had just made and is sending us a refund after a last minute change of heart. She is sympathetic and aims to please. She just earned my business for good.
The flowers were gorgeous! The day before delivery I found out the recipient was getting off work early. I called Martha Rea's and let them know and they were able to get her flowers delivered before she left work. You cannot beat that kind of local service! Thank you so much!!
