Had them handle and deliver valentine's flowers and they did such an amazing job! I even had to change where they were going to be delivered, quite literally last minute. They were able to pivot and ensure we had a wonderful Valentine's Day. They were very knowledgeable, and help me build an amazing ensemble from the base flower I wanted to use. Talk about customer service and attention to detail! A friend of ours passed away unexpectedly, I put in a request with Bella Blooms around 10AM that day and received a call around 10:15AM that they could do same day delivery by 2PM! Wonderful folks and they did an amazing job. It was exactly what our friend needed to cheer her up after the passing of her loved one. Thank you Bella Blooms!!
