Placed an order on 2/10/26 for a Valentine’s Day bouquet for delivery on 2/13. My mom received her flowers at 10:30am, giving her the full day to enjoy the flowers with her coworkers. The bouquet also looked very close to what was pictured on the website. Super happy that everything was taken care of without having to follow up constantly, trusted their service and it paid off! Spoke with one of the designers after having ordering online, and my request was filled beyond my expectations. My order was delivered exactly during the time frame requested. The flowers were so beautiful! All who saw the arrangement thought it was stunning- particularly the recipient. I highly recommend Prattville Flower Shop for any floral needs. Every part of the ordering process to the floral arrangement and delivery exceeded expectations.
Mmmmm. Expected more for the prices they charge. I appreciate your dedication and customer service. But the arrangements do not look the same. The first picture is what they advertised. The second picture is what I got. Very different. The vase was explained that it would be different, but the arrangements are very different from the picture. I've actually seen this arrangement in the grocery store for $12.99.
I was in a bind and Prattville Flower Shop came through! I had an order for a boutonniere at another shop and they were unable to complete my order. I was able to call PFS and they were able to make one for me to pick up the next day. Upon picking up my order it was fresh and looked great! I will definitely use them again!
