Jean's Flowers

Martha Lynn did our wedding flowers, and did a beautiful job, so of course when I needed flowers for my mother's memorial service I called them again. They did a BEAUTIFUL job, contacted me to ensure they had the correct dimensions, and when a certain flower wasn't available they offered me alternatives to ensure the arrangements were still perfect. They delivered promptly and the whole process was smooth, which was much appreciated during this time. My only wish is that my mother could have seen her flowers, but hopefully she saw them from Heaven. Highly recommend Jean's for all occasions.

Today is My baby's birthday. She is away from home attending Troy University. I called Jean's shop and they delivered to the school within an hour and a half. They navigated a busy hall to find my baby. Thank you Jean's Flowers for taking care of my baby!

Just last week I was in Troy, Alabama for a funeral of a long time dear friend. I called Jean’s with a very special floral arrangement request and with fairly short notice. Great Customer Service & Speedy Delivery! My friend graduated college and as a proud "long-distance" friend, I had to send her a beautiful arrangement! I'm a Los Angeles resident that found a shop in my friend's local city of Troy, Alabama. Compared to the other florists in the area, I found Jean's Flowers' arrangements to be nicer with more character and better pricing. Plus, I noticed they only had one review and wanted to help the "underdog". So glad that I did, because they provided top notch customer service, adjusting the date for me, picked up my calls with professionalism and confirmed everything to make sure it was right, down to the balloon. I took one star away because though their arrangements are more unique and stylized than their competitors, I felt like the bow used was a bit dated and not "classy" enough for a "classic" graduation look. Plus, in Los Angles, I can get beautiful flowers from Trader Joes for half the price (minus the vase) but...I understand it's a smaller shop and delivery fees, etc need to be charged. I was just shocked that the rates were so expensive coming from a small town flower shop. But my friend was so happy; so it's no big deal. I just had to share for a fair review.

I called yesterday and asked if they could deliver some flowers to my wife’s work this morning and they gladly took care of it for me and she’s thrilled with them. I will definitely be using them again. Thank You!! Keith.
