I live in Northern California and ordered the Sweet and Sunny 💐 boutique for my mom's funeral in Alabama on October 4th. When I arrived in Alabama and went to the service on October 7th I was pleased to see that the descriptions of the boutiques are accurate to what they deliver. If you live out of town, out of state, or locally near their business ordering flowers online through their website is easy and pleasant. Cost of bouquets are reasonable and affordable, and the bouquets are beautiful and fresh. They delivered the flowers on time for her Saturday service and they were still fresh on Tuesday when I flew back home to California. I will definitely use and order bouquets from Jenilyn's Creations again for any occasion where I want to send flowers to my family members in Alabama. Knowing that I will be sending a beautiful bouquet that I picked out that will look like the photo, while also receiving a affordable price for the lovingly gift I am sending.
The flowers were not delivered to the recipient until her husband went down to the lobby at 4:30. The florist should have did a check with the hospital to make sure the recipient received the flowers. The florist did not write the recipient’s room number on the card either. I don’t think I will buy from this florist again.

We went into Jenilyn’s Creations on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, around 2:00 PM to get help with the floral arrangements for my mother’s funeral. We needed help designing two custom sprays and one spread for the casket. I chose to come to the store in person because I have used Jenilyn’s for at least 10 years and have always had great experiences ordering online. However, this was my first time actually going into the store, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. I explained that we couldn’t find what we wanted on the website and were hoping to get help designing something custom — we didn’t mind paying extra for it. The girl working offered to pull up pictures on an iPad, but it turned out to be the same photos that were already online. When I explained again that the whole reason for coming in was because we needed help with something unique, it felt like we were more of a bother than anything else. This was really frustrating, especially while trying to plan my mother’s funeral during such a difficult time. I have always supported Jenilyn’s over the years, but this experience has changed my perspective on the business. Update: In response to the owner’s response, your company never performed the service, because the lady helping us said she could just show pictures from the website.
