Extremely poor Customer Service. I went to the Starbucks and I was next in line and they allowed some random customer to jump to the front of the line to give her a “reward” free coffee. I’m assuming they were doing this because the staff messed up something with her purchase as well, but it would’ve been nice to be informed that I was being pushed out of line. The barista was extremely kind, but the staff member that escorted the other customer to the front of the line had no clue what was going on and extremely poor Customer Service. I can only hope she was not a manager. If she was, she needs to take some type of training.
I like to get some spices and habaneros at Carrs.
I got there at 11:50, 10 minutes before they close. Their doors are supposed to stay unlocked until 12. This lady literally stood right in front of me and pushed me out and told me they were closed. She wouldn’t give me her name and she wasn’t wearing a name tag. I am so upset right now. I get it they want to go home but you have a job to do till midnight not 11:50 so when your sign says you’re open till midnight, you are open till midnight even online it says closing soon it doesn’t say closed. It was because it wasn’t midnight. Corporate will be hearing about this
This store has the BEST berries and produce!!!! I cannot believe the difference in quality from the Wasilla store. That seems to only sell moldy berries...... it's been going on for two years now, which makes it hard for those who live north. Thank you to the Debarr store......
I went to this location to buy a bag of chips. When I went to purchase, I entered my phone number, and to my surprise, I did not get the special. Not a problem, I hit the "call attendant" button. I waited. He cleaned three self checkout registers. He finally looked over at me after starting the fourth, and I said "Excuse me, I need some help." He looked away and continued cleaning without any acknowledgement. He then goes to help a second customer and I let him know that I've been waiting, and do they prioritize cleaning over customers? I then get accosted by another customer who tells me "He is only one guy". Dude, I was the only guy in the section for the better part of a minute. I applaud customers who come to the defense if cashiers, but my annoyance came from being willfully ignored. Him not stepping in at that point just makes me angry. I called customer service and complained, so hopefully they follow through.
