I am from Ohio. Called and ordered a designer's choice bouquet. The business was very friendly and efficient. The Valentine's bouquet was beautiful, and the family member in North Pole who received it was delighted. Well done.
I live in Texas and took a chance ordering from this shop. I am so glad I did. I ordered online and ordered the Designer Choice. It was so easy to order online. They were able to help with the fast turnaround and completed the same day delivery. The arrangement was just beautiful!! I could not be more pleased. Will definitely be my choice next time I need to order flowers. I highly recommend this shop.
Should’ve read the review before ordering. I used the online service and there is no actual way of verifying if the flowers were delivered. So I asked the person I bought them for and they said they never received anything and nobody ever called them either.
Was gifted flowers from this shop. The flowers that showed up were half the size of a $19 bouquet from Costco. The gifter selected and paid for deluxe and they didn’t even look like the picture. $80 to make the gifter feel like they failed on a special occasion. Spend your money elsewhere for a better product.
I don’t usually post reviews, but this one deserves it. Buyer beware. If you are ordering to have flowers delivered from this establishment, I would strongly recommend you reconsider. I ordered an arrangement for my niece to be delivered the next day. I am located on the east coast. At 11:30pm EST, while I was asleep, I received a phone call from a woman asking what door to deliver the flowers to. The following morning, I called to see where the arrangement was. the woman claimed she couldn’t find the door to deliver to, but she also stated she left a note on the door for the homeowner to call her regarding the delivery of the arrangement. Makes total sense, right? She told me she couldn’t guarantee that she will be able to drive to make the delivery again because she’s so busy and the house was far away (it’s maybe 15 min away) even though I paid for delivery. So here it is, more than a day later, and my niece still hasn’t received her flowers.
