Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. They look nothing like the picture. I got no confirmation email. I called multiple times with no answer for 3 days and I had to ruin the surprise for my mom and tell her to stay at work late because they took until after 4pm to get there, after I called a few times to confirm they were even being dropped off and if my order was even confirmed. Paid $70 for this small banquet and could have went to Fred’s or Safeway and gotten a huge banquet and dropped them off my self. Nothing like the description at all. They are nice flowers but I will definitely not be ordering flowers for that price for what I got again.
Not terribly impressed with the service!! I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday. I ordered them online and credit card was immediately charged but I never did receive a receipt or confirmation. Therefore, when they hadn't been delivered by the time the store closed at 6:00 pm I assumed they wouldn't be. I also called twice this afternoon and left messages with no response. So now the element of surprise went as I let my daughter know that I had ordered flowers but guess they weren't turning up. She just called me to say they had been delivered finally at 6:35 pm. Also the delivery lady let my daughter know that the balloon flew away!!!!! Probably won't be using this company again......flowers that were delivered are very nice though so will give 3 stars for them.
Ordered flowers for my wife online and they were beautiful and arrived on time.
Last year ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day. They delivered the wrong bouquet to her. Not as big of a deal because at least what she got was worth the $100 I paid. This year, I gave them another chance. Spent $85 on a bouquet to be delivered, and when I saw it I was shocked. Yet again, not what I ordered. Different flowers and WAY smaller than what was advertised. I will give them props for at least getting the color scheme right this year, but unless you want to be disappointed don’t order from here.
Excellent!! I ordered the Thomas Kinkade’s Sweet Shoppe Bouquet for my daughter’s December birthday. I live in northern NY so I used online ordering and requested same day delivery. She received my gift that afternoon and absolutely LOVED it. They even turned out better than the online photo, the roses & carnations are gorgeous. I’ll definitely be using Arctic Floral again. Thank you for doing such an awesome job! (In the photo - her cats are huge)
