Y’all did well! Thank you so much! I called one of your competitors because they were open earlier. They never answered. You answered on the first call. You also delivered in less than two hours and my mother was very pleased! I asked for something beautiful and that’s how she described them. I also wanted something to cheer her up and they worked! Forget Me Not Flowers delivers in more than one way!
Visiting the shop before Mothers Day weekend; must have been a stressful time... Usually they are so friendly and bend over backwards to help. This time I was treated like a nuisance and when I asked about a delivery fee refund since we were picking up the flowers; I was curtly told I got more flowers instead...two stems for $20. Wow!
They do an amazing job. Very helpful and professional. I recommend them 10 out of 10.
