I AM NOT COMING BACK. One of your employees (Kelis was what I was told their name was) was really rude. And I've told all my friends to do the same. I hope you hire better in the future.
I live less than 5 mins away from this place and I shop here often and for some reason after the last 2 promotions (Buy 2 get 2 free) they have been royally pissing me off. Now, this drive up and go woman ( long black hair with glasses ) that worked there last night (8/15/2025) obviously does not know how to do her job. She came out with my order and I had to school her in math because my additional 2 Dasani’s and 2 Frescas were missing! It was drizzling rain and I’m standing out there with her reciting “ I don’t know how this happened. I only saw two” as if it wasn’t obvious there’s a bloody promotion going on. The tags were literally where the items were when I had to take myself back into the store to go get my free items my damn self. My problem is the fact that even after showing her the promotions she still didn’t return with my items and kept finding excuses. It is perplexing because not only did she leave me in the rain after telling me “this is what I get for now”, she never returned! What kind of service is that? Is that how Albertsons treat its customers now? I shouldn’t have to do anyone’s job for them and this is the 2nd occasion your Company messed up not understanding what buy 2, get 2 free means! There are only 3 strikes here and that’s all I’m going to say but having a supervisor tell me he’s going to “honor” my free items according to YOUR promotion shouldn’t be a thing. I suggest you train your DUG staff because if this happens again there will most certainly be a much different conversation. When people have a long day we don’t want to have to deal with poor customer service and people who are nonchalant about providing a service they knew they signed up for. I’m in the service industry as well and this could NOT happen on my watch. The purpose of DUG is so I ( the customer) shouldn’t have to walk into a store because your DUG staff doesn’t feel like it or doesn’t understand what “buy 2 get 2 free expires 8/19 means…I shouldn’t have to tell you “Please go and talk to your Manger if you don’t understand what is happening here and get my stuff, then have to go back into the store to wheel it out myself. I have a bad knee! I have never had this issue with the tall, slender, older lady with the shorter hair in DUG. She pays attention to everything and is friendly all the time. I have absolutely no problem taking my business to Costco, Trader Joe’s or somewhere else should this nonsense happen again and tell my friends to do the same and I have lots of friends/associates. Tell your DUG staff to READ! It’s fundamental. She didn’t send me the feedback I usually receive after my DUG delivery and she knows exactly why she did that. She knew what she did. This kind of service is Unacceptable!
New to the area and needed a cake but wanted to check all of my options Once I made it to the bakery, I was greeted by a young lady Kelis who was not only very knowledgeable but had a pleasant smile and great attitude she then guided me in the right direction by presenting the cake decorator herself to me. I am very pleased with my experience with the young ladies they both had excellent customer services.
This store is large and clean. The layout is open, spacious, and easy to maneuver. It’s a great place to shop. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The variety of products is outstanding. The produce is always fresh. The meats are excellent. They have good sales and a loyalty program. The bakery is wonder, especially the French bread. Their fried chicken is the best around.
The location is very convenient, and it's usually easy to find what you need. However, I’m not a fan of the parking lot layout. I prefer to back into parking spots so that I can drive straight out. Unfortunately, the parking spaces are set up diagonally, which means you have to drive into the spots. I find it more convenient and safer to drive out of a parking spot rather than back out, especially with small children around and parents who may not be watching them.
