I called to order funeral arrangements. The location was closed so I reached out to the phone number on the door. I was informed that my best bet was to get the arrangement in Tucson since that's where I was taking them. I was trying to keep my purchase in the community but guess not.
We ordered a large standing spray funeral arrangement for an outside service in Douglas, AZ. We were very pleased to see the arrangement and thought for a pricey arrangement it was all we had hoped. We will be sure and use Romantic Realities again.
I ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral. I specifically asked that the flowers be delivered before the rosary began. On the night of the rosary, the flowers had not been delivered. I called the next morning to find out what happened. The lady I spoke to told me they ran out of flowers but the flowers had been delivered that morning. I told her that if they did not think they would be able to meet my order on time, they should have told me that and I would have made other arrangements. She then stated that they did not know they were going to run out of flowers. I told her that in running a business you should know how much stock you have on hand and then plan accordingly. At the very least, they should have called to notify me that the flowers would not be delivered on time. I was extremely disappointed in the service I received. I will say that the flower arrangement they delivered were beautiful. I'm just sorry that they didn't get to their destination on time. Especially after I paid over $200 for them. I won't be using this business again.
I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday online directly from the website. The order was placed at 7:30am. The flowers were not delivered until 5:00pm. I called several times to confirm the order was received and it took several hours for someone to even answer the phone. It is too bad Douglas does not have other options. Disappointed and unlikely to use them again in the future.
Placed an order for Valentines Day. I ordered a dozen red roses and gourmet basket. Had to contact the florist directly due to the delivery area. The florist was extremely accommodating. The delivery day came and the arrangement and basket arrived. The roses were perfect, to include the accents. The basket was HUGE. This florist is amazing and I recommend it to everyone.
