Ive been meaning to rate this flower shop. Very very disapointed on arrangement for a creamation arrangement. We paid $450 for an arrangement that a first grader clould have done better. On top of that we gave a $60 tip. I should have taken back the arrangement. But what can you do when they delivered ten minutes before my sisters memorial was to start. Some of the flowers were wilted and the arrangement was crap. After the lady told me she would have everything I wanted in the arrangement she lied to me. Will never go back and will never say a good thing about customer service or their old flowers they used that were dying. There was NOT $400 dollars worth of flowers in this arrangement and was NOT done by someone who knows what tey were doing. Sloppy sloppy work. FACT!
I am very late with this review but it is important to tell my experience… on Mother’s Day my son sent me a lovely bouquet that was left at my door the Saturday before… I was very pleased with the arrangement and sent him a picture with my gratitude for the flowers…on Sunday the roses were droopy and my the end of the day the whole bouquet looked like it was weeks old not one day… we left town the next day for a week in our place in so Utah and I carefully packed it and tried to revive with misting and fresh water but sadly this expensive bouquet was toast… I’m writing this especially for people out of town who want to support local shops in Flagstaff. I would never recommend this shop and will make sure my son never uses again. I was cleaning out a basket today and saw the card that came with the bouquet and it triggered a very frustrating memory… I’m a senior and receiving flowers is a very special gift and one I love very much… this was very disappointing.
I didn't order anything at first because I thought what I wanted was too expensive, but I wanted to use a local florist and wanted a nice wine basket, and the young woman I spoke to on the phone was terrific. I called back later and placed an order and my friend was thrilled when it arrived. It had beautiful roses and other flowers nicely arranged in a pretty basket with a very good wine. It was expensive, but it's an expensive town, and the quality was well worth it. The service was as good as it gets. Thank you guys.
What an amazing experience with this Company from beginning to end. I placed orders with 2 other companies and both orders canceled. So I searched Sutcliffe out online and made sure they had a local phone number. I spoke to Jackson and she was amazing. Flowers were delivered to my daughter on time and they are absolutely GORGEOUS. Thank you again for the superior service as well as the product.
My husband went to Sutcliiffe and requested a nice arrangement for our anniversary. He was informed there was an $80 minimum. To ensure that it would be very special , he upped the order to $100. This is what he picked up a few hours later-- 3 roses, some snapdragons and stock, and a lot of filler -- some of which is wilted less than 24 hours later. No vase (fortunately I have plenty). I told him I appreciated the thought and it's a very colorful arrangement. But Sutcliffe should be embarrassed.
