It’s Fry’s. You know what you're getting, solid prices, decent selection, and the kind of layout you can mentally map out even if you’ve never stepped in that exact location before. This store was clean, organized, and didn’t have that weird grocery funk some spots carry, so bonus points there. Now, the only reason this isn’t a full 5 stars? The yogurt section. Bit of a letdown. Not saying it needs to look like a dairy aisle runway show, but come on, throw a guy some variety. If you’re not a yogurt person, you won’t even notice. If you are, well, you might be mildly disappointed and spend five minutes just kind of staring like something will magically appear. Still though, easy parking, quick in and out, solid spot for stocking up without needing to sell a kidney.
Been using curbside pick up. They are extremely quick! Even with multiple customers waiting for there orders I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 mins. Alex is great and very friendly. If you’re wondering if curbside is for you. Give it a try!
Used to be a great location but drastically changed. Main issue being a very recent rapid shift in the customer base to commonly encounter people who make bigoted remarks in store and scream hate speech at people in the parking lot. The staff are overall very friendly and hardworking but extremely poorly allocated; the majority of them are busy stocking and collecting pick-up orders; but there's only one cashier at a time and rarely a bagger.
I just accidentally ate 3 POUNDS of store brand ice cream in one sitting. This new “limited edition” red white and blue flavor from Kroger’s Deluxe line has no business being so good. I’m slim and eat like a bird, by no means should this had happened. 25 minutes was how long it survived being inside my house. The light and fluffy consistency was what made this so dangerous. I wasn’t put off by it towards the end, no I scraped the bottom of the tub like a ravenous raccoon. I needed more. Tonight I plan on going back to secure this locations stock. It’s best you wait until tomorrow before you see for yourself.
When I walked up at 9:15 pm Nov.4, "London", the clerk at the self checkout had a huge smile as she greeted me. I mentioned how nice her welcome was and that it was nice to see her again. (9:00 pm is late for me to be shopping.) She replied, "It’s ALWAYS nice to see you!" Her greeting smile and her warm reply was exceptionally nice to hear, especially at the end of her day. We, the public, and you are very lucky to have her providing exceptional service to the public. Fry's at Cooper and Warner in Gilbert.
