I cannot believe this store makes their back room employees/receiver in Arizona in the summer work without air conditioning in the backrooms! Come one Safeway! Do better, you got some of the best employees on the planet at this location! Take care of them please!
I’ve been a loyal Safeway customer for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I placed an online order and half of my groceries were never put in my car. When I reached out for help, my refund was declined even though the missing items were clearly not delivered. It’s frustrating and unacceptable — I expected much better service from a store I’ve trusted for so long.
The bakery is great! They were so creative since they didn't have a wicked themed cake we provided the ideas and they nailed it! It was a hit for sure, been going there for the last 3 years. Highly recommend! Whipped frosting, whipped oreo filling and marble cake never disappoints.

ALWAYS CHECK THE CLEARANCE SECTIONS! I check the meat department every few weeks, and every now and then I come across a ridiculous pile of amazing meat for 30-50% off. I clean em out! Store is always lovely and clean, but just walking through, it seemed like regular item prices were ridiculously high. I primarily shop at Costco and Frys for comparison. I am not a cheapskate (LOL I KNOW, RANTING ABOUT GETTING CLEARANCE MEAT!) but I eat mostly keto, usually pricey meat as the primary. Every other item I glanced at seemed way pricier than it should be. Maybe I'm wrong. I'll ALWAYS come around to check the clearance sections
