Stunning floral arrangements for our daughter’s recent wedding at Villa Siena in Gilbert, AZ! They were gorgeous beyond my expectations! Overall, I thought our florist was kind and pleasant to work with, and we chose her based on a preferred vendor list provided by our venue. The floral arrangements themselves were beautiful, and the final look on our wedding day was lovely. I do want to note that I did not have a wedding planner, so I relied heavily on my vendors for guidance throughout the planning process. Where I struggled was with communication and direction. I would have appreciated more structure around meetings and calls, as well as more consistent responsiveness via email. I came into the process with a vision but wasn’t always sure how to fully execute it, and as a bride planning her one and only wedding, I leaned on professional expertise. About a month before the wedding, we had a phone call where I walked through my ideas in detail. During that conversation, I wish I had been clearly told what elements would be considered upgrades or additional costs. Based on the conversation and the fact that we had prepaid for a floral package, it was assumed that everything we discussed was included. A few hours after the call, I received an invoice for several hundred dollars more due to an increase in the number of tables and additional items. Had I known that earlier, I would have adjusted other areas of my florals to stay within budget, but by that point the additional order had already been placed. On the day of the wedding, the arrangements themselves were beautiful, but my bouquet was much heavier than expected and difficult to hold comfortably or take photos with. I had also requested a specific style for the stem wrap, which wasn’t fully executed as envisioned. With a bit more guidance during the design process, especially regarding size, weight, and practicality, I likely would have opted for a smaller or lighter bouquet. Overall, I am grateful for the service she provided and truly did love the florals. I just wish some of the logistics, expectations, and costs had been more clearly communicated along the way. Florists are the professionals, and as a bride without planning experience, a little more proactive guidance would have made a big difference.

On the day of our wedding, she was efficient and made sure everything was set up perfectly! I absolutely loved the way our florals turned out - from the table centerpieces to the roses lining the aisle, everything looked so cohesive and elegant. From beginning to end, Kristen was amazing to work with. She was very responsive throughout the entire process. We gave her various inspiration photos, and she went above and beyond what we were hoping for, it looked like something out of a magazine honestly.
