If i could leave a zero star I would. My fiance sent me flowers to my work to celebrate a new job promotion. I was so excited to receive the surprise and this is what I received. I work at a funeral home professionally for context. I call the florist who blamed it on the driver for crushing the flowers when the product is not up to par. The only thing similar to the product photo is the bow on the vase. I have had to call this florist on behalf of a family receiving their bouquet to get their money back. Now as the recipient of the flowers I am just as upset. The lady on the phone used excuses for their quality as just a delivery problem. I chatted with the online forum he ordered through to get his flowers refunded thank god. Rainbow flowers produced wilted, crunchy flowers and did not provide the product as promised online. If a florist can not provide the product placed online through a 3rd party that should have been discussed with the client. Do yourselves a favor and do not order from them.
Delivered flowers, didn't even ring doorbell, left to fry in sun. The arrangement itself is not what was ordered & is the ugliest thing I have ever seen. I would be ashamed to put my business name on this. I called first to handle this privately- no follow through. Showed up in person Sunday morning & you're closed even though your confirmed Google hours say "opened". Flowers are wilted. Greenery leaves with chunks eaten by bugs.
