My go to place to shop. There are so many workers here that we've known for the past 20 years. Always so helpful with smiles on their faces. Your family grocery store.
Had the best experience. Everyone in the store was so friendly, A gentleman in produce asked me if I needed help which I did, & called someone over to help me with flowers. I was on my way to a party and decided to pick a few things up on the way. Kailyn came over and had the most wonderful attitude. She helped me with my flower arrangements. She was so kind and pleasant and she did a beautiful job. You can tell that she cares about doing a great job and she cares about the customer experience. Barb at self- check out was also really sweet. The store is so nice smelling and clean and everyone is great. I usually go to a grocery store close to my house, but I’m going to start coming here instead.
This location has been going downhill for a few years. They are always out of stock of the sale items. Their produce looks horrible. BUT they do have a few great clerks to help if they can.
We always shop here. Today we needed pool acid that the app showed was on stock. Couldn't find it any where. We asked 3 different workers, 2 cashiers and no one would check to see if they had it. One person referred us to the aisle that we already checked 3 times. We then asked if they could check in the back. They did no and to come back.
I've been shopping at this store for over twenty years and it's been nothing but down hill. Their deli department is a disaster. They never have everything they should. Today they were out of broccoli crowns, On sale blueberries, sugar free unflavored motts apple sauce. The aisles look like crap. Very poorly maintained. Albertsons across the street is spotless and the aisles are museum quality. They never have weekly fliers available and when they do it's near the checkouts. So you can pick up one on your way out. This is the height of stupidity! Of course they should be at the entrance before shopping.today only one checkout was staffed, otherwise it's self checkout. The only good thing I can say, as a user of mobility carts is they are always fully charged and ready to go. So they get one star.
