I am Beyond Pleased with the quality of service and product that I received. Let me start by saying that I travel 300+ days out of the year, So I will Be sending flowers to my girlfriend in the Phoenix area on a fairly regular basis. I decided to give the shop a try the other day. I believe that I dealt with Lauren. She was patient with me and very helpful and understanding of my lack of flower knowledge, if you will She made this entire process so easy. Furthermore, I was absolutely thrilled at how low the price was. I was also working with a very strict timeline, which was absolutely no problem for this team. I will be using these people many times in days to come They are wonderful
I ordered the Nordic Greens Centerpiece and was really disappointed with what I picked up. I understand that arrangements may vary from the photos online, but this didn’t feel like a thoughtful variation at all. The photos show a lush, airy arrangement with layers of winter greens and two elegant candles rising out of it. What I received was a very dense, flat mound of mostly one or two types of greenery, with the candles just stuck in. There’s no shape, movement, or dimension to it it honestly looks like someone just threw greens in and called it a day. For the price point, I expected something that at least looked like the same style and level of care as what’s advertised, not something that feels rushed and generic.
Ordered true romance flowers from there for delivery on the 14th. After two days the flowers started dying. See photos. This place is it worth buying flowers from. Better to get it at Safeway.
My boyfriend got me gorgeous flowers for my birthday, but they did not even last a day. I understand cut flowers have a shelf life, but them being purchased in the morning and dropping by the evening is highly disappointing.
The most gorgeous bouquet for my friend’s academy graduation. Truly stood out. High quality roses and the design was stunning. And definitely get more than what you pay for. Not only did this bouquet come with some water (see photos) but also came in a quality bag so that it was easy to carry around. Worth every penny. I’m now recommending this shop to my friend’s husband.
