I am a small business owner and I am throwing my first pop up event and wanted to get prices over the phone on how much any of the dried flowers might be. A woman by the name of Monica was my service person. She explained to me that they don't sell dried flowers but they had a few assorted dry things like poppy seeds and whatever the case may be. I told her that that was exactly what i was looking for and asked for a price quote. When she got back on the phone, she explained that she doesn't have poppy dried stems but she had other dried stems. I said that was perfect and asked what the price of one of them might be before I go out there. She said it was against her company policy to give price quotes over the phone and I would have to sign up to get the quote. When I asked for her to email the registration, she told me that I could come in to check the prices. Im just a little bit frustrated because my whole point of calling was to avoid having to drive to the shop and I wasn't asking quotes for each of the flower, only a singular quote of any of the dried flowers.

Hello, I just wanted to give a special thanks to Dawn who helped me with a last minute corsage last Friday. Its was for the last Daddy/Daughter dance for my 11 yr old grandaughter whos Dad was “unavailable” for the night. The corsage was beautiful and really helped complete the experience for us. The DWF staff is efficient, professional and have great attention to floral detail. I always get good service when I purchase floral and accessories . The floral quality is great and they always make sure I’m satisfied and the total is correct before I make purchases. The staff also helps me load my purchases in my transport vehicle, just great customer service! My customers and clients are never disappointed!

This place is amazing!!! Melissa helped my family and I immensely, she was so kind and thoughtful. I have never experienced such Great customer service. She made all of us feel so welcomed, and had sooo much knowledge on the flowers and how to preserve them for what we needed. Everyone is there is awesome.Thank you ! DWF is the best!!! I ordered large white calla lilies for my anniversary. The flowers were beautiful. My wife loved them. The employees were incredibly attentive and kind. Thanks for the great experience!
