I received a beautiful bouquet on Tuesday morning, but on Wednesday, the white roses were already wilting. I messaged the shop via their website on Thursday and called and left a message yesterday. I have had no response, and today, almost all of the dozen white rose are dead. I'm very disappointed because my boyfriend spent a lot of money and he feels bad. He buys me flowers often, and this was the first bouquet I've ever had that wilted this soon.

Flowers were old and suffered in the smallest vase that was available. We changed the vase hoping to allow the flowers to spread out but they didn't. Some flowers didn't open and dropped after only two days. Very poor quality.
I was expecting a beautiful succulent garden and personalized gift card for Father’s Day… Instead I received a glass bowl with plants randomly placed and a computer printout of the order as a gift card. See pictures below. The order cost me over $100! I reached out to 1800Flowers and received a partial refund. Don’t use this florist! And, specify to online third party providers that they are not to order through them.
