From start to finish the process was seamless and professional. Novapetal emailed me to confirm my order, sent a photo of the flower arrangement prior to delivery to my mother along with a text from the manager Olivia, and then a final text when the flowers were delivered. I would highly recommend Novapetal!
They were excellent and the flowers were beautiful. They delivered them on time and it made my friends day. I would definitely use them again. I had ordered tulips and wow is all I can say. They send you a picture of the arrangement for you to approve b4 it goes out which I really liked. My friend got exactly what I saw

I ordered this arrangement for my girlfriend and if I could give them 10 stars I would. I had these delivered to her work (a hospital) and we all know how that delivery can go but the did an excellent job getting the to the correct floor and location. The arrangement itself was absolutely amazing!!! They ran out of peonies but were very quick to with their communication and made sure to find the perfect solution and still made sure to deliver great quality products and service.
