Sometimes excellent flowers sometimes no so much
The flowers were absolutely beautiful. It was ready made with the awesome flower mixture, the vase, and water, At just $25.00, it was an excellent price for my budget. I was able to deliver them promptly, and the recipient loved them. They put a huge smile on her face. Thanks, Sam's Club, for always carrying the best selection of products at unbeatable prices!
Rude employees. Be prepared to see eye rolling; employees yelling at you. Mario doesn't correct teamembers And will walk you out the store instead of terminating the teammembers that will yell at you. Theirs No respect here. The older lady @ customer service is so rude and not helpful and many employees know how she is yet still the managers do not correct this unprofessional behavior. Something with the younger Hawaiian looking younger girl that was there today. I did call corporate to complain of so many issues going on with this store. I know it's not on the best side of town but that should matter when it cones to offering pristine customer service. Customers deserve pristine service and respect at all times, we do not go shop to be disrespected and yelled at. This kids and elderly need to not just be talked to be disciplined and or terminated so they can learn their place If i could i would rate this a zero. .
