I received a St. Patrick's Day themed floral arrangement from my son in CT designed by and delivered by All Occasion Floral. Lovely and an interesting array of flowers in a lovely vase. Judy took the time to even hand-make a shamrock out of a green pipe cleaner and attached it to the stem of yellow glads. Included was a handwritten note card with my son's message. Thanks for the attention to detail and to the color scheme requested by my son.
I spoke to Judy - she was very nice over the phone. I picked out an arrangement on line that was $54 but she explained that there was a $65 minimum for delivery and a $12 delivery charge. She promised the arrangement would be beautiful & worth the money. I was very happy that the arrangement was delivered when it was supposed to be but the quality and quantity of flowers was ridiculous. It was maybe worth $15 from a grocery store. These are cheap flowers. You can see in the picture, carnations, a few roses, some filler. This is not worth $77!!!!!!!!!
Exceptional customer service Judy’s customer service went above and beyond to make certain our 💐 was delivered after a glitch in their system didn’t pick up our order. She immediately made it right without questioning by creating the bouquet and making certain no further delays occurred and even took the time to communicate via text via picture that the bouquet 💐 was delivered. Customer service such as this is 🦄 rare will most certainly sustain this business into the future as we reward excellent customer service
I received a phone call to ask where to leave the flowers at 6 pm on Saturday. I appreciate how concerned they were with Mothers Day delivery. The flowers are beautiful, excellent quality with roses, zennia, eucalyptus- very little fill. I am delighted.
