Flowers by Coley

Terrible reference to reality. Stems were untrimmed, only 1 expensive flower in whole bouquet and it's shoved down, no artisinal touch or design, the whole thing looks cheap and empty. Mind you I spent $120 for my mom's birthday. I'm honestly embarrassed, I wish I would've sent my friend with $50 to trader joe's instead. Sloppy sloppy work.

I would give zero starts if I could. Complete misleading of the customer, seriously considering filing a consumer complaint about how they will mislead you on Doordash. Placed an order for the most expensive bouquet (upgraded to the max, pic included is what it was supposed to look like vs what I got.) the most upsetting thing is that besides I paid $150 plus tip and delivery (just under $180), this was going to a good friend battling cancer in the hospital. How can you run a business like this? The woman on the phone refused to explain or rectify why they mislead you this much, so do yourself a favor and do not order from this company. I think you will greatly regret it just like I did. Also, a total lack of customer service, won’t resolve issue. Don’t recommend.

I ordered 2 dozen red roses for my wife's birthday a week in advance and asked for a morning delivery. I called mid-afternoon and was told they don't guarantee morning delivery. After waiting at our house all day, the flowers arrived about 5:00 pm. The flowers looked good when they arrived, but just two days later 1/2 the roses were drooping. Overall not a good experience.

This was my first time ordering flowers from Flowers by Coley but I guarantee I will be getting all of my flower orders from them! My wife loves the anniversary arrangement, called "Twisted Love", and the store and staff are FANTASTIC. 10/10 business and staff, just look how gorgeous this arrangement is!

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Flowers by Coley. I paid $190 (delivered) for a floral arrangement that was supposed to look like the inspiration photo I provided, vibrant, full, and thoughtfully designed. What was delivered looked nothing like it. The arrangement that was delivered was sparse, unbalanced, and honestly looked more like something in the $40–60 range, not a premium order approaching $200. I understand that substitutions happen, but this wasn’t a substitution issue. It was a completely different style and quality level than what was advertised and expected. For the price, I expected professional design and a product that at least resembled the original aesthetic. This was supposed to be an extra special birthday gift, and it was really disappointing to see how far off the mark the final product was. I will never be ordering from Flowers by Coley again, and I’d recommend others confirm exactly what they’re getting before placing an order.
