I accidentally bought the wrong diapers. I went into guest services to exchange them and Tawny was an incredible worker who shifted my whole day. As an overwhelmed mom, already having a rough morning- she went above and beyond to help make my day a little easier. She clearly is a hard worker and very compassionate. Frys is lucky to have her!
I usually love frys but they changed their price this week. It is still labeled $5 but I was charged $6! It's no longer a deal when it's practically the same price as any other day.
Well, not my favorite Fry's. But after they closed my neighborhood Fry's on Indian School and Miller, it's the closest one to Old Town. Cons: It's such a huge store it's daunting to even think it'll be a quick stop in to grab milk on the way home. First, fight for uncovered parking, then you to have to go to the far back corner just to get milk. And forget about grabbing some lettace or bananas, you know as long as you're there.... It's in the complete opposite corner of the store. No joke, you'll have just spent at least 15 minutes before getting in line to pay. Pros: They do have a small seemingly understaffed butcher /seafood counter. Fresh bread in their bakery. The staff is friendly.
I have been coming here for years and have utilized the grochery pick up many many times. Tonight the only available time was 7-8. I did get stuck behind some unexpected traffic on my way home and did send the "on my way" message. I arrived at 8:03 and immediately tried to check in. The app kept error in out. When I finally got it to work it was 8:07. And it wouldn't allow me to check in. I called the store and the woman who answered told me they have all left. I understand I was late I understand there was a time. But every other store that has curbside pick up is open the entire time the store is open. I do not understand a time slot without at least a 15 minute buffer. Or make it available for me to walk in and grab it after hours. Could someone consider this and see what your competition is doing?
Well this is literally about the 15th time we've ordered from Frys on McDowell and Hayden. We've had people literally leave ice cream in summer at our door without even a knock. The attention to detail is garbage. These are the taco shells that just got delivered and left at the door after Ace Ventura delivered them, well it's what it looks like and the kids could care less. Details are all overlooked now the only thing that matters is the Fing phone that no one can put down for 5 seconds.
