Terrible experience. Delivered birthday flowers. 2 days later petals are falling off and flowers are dying. Called, texted, emailed and asked for replacement or credit to the person who gave them to me. No response at all. I do not recommend anyone use this supposed florist. Unreliable and awful product.
Had a great experience sending birthday gifts to our son in Tucson. We were in a time crunch and Isa was extremely helpful and courteous, and assured me the gifts would get there in time - which they did. Five-star customer service.
What a horrible experience dealing with this florist! I used them to make a special arrangement for my brother’s funeral. I order a specific arrangement and provided them a picture of what I wanted it to look like. I stressed the importance of the fullness of the flowers and greenery. I asked for them to send me a picture prior to the delivery so that I could approve it. They conveniently forgot to sent the picture and when they finally did they provided an excuse that their order came in moldy. Mind you I order the arrangement on 7/14 to be delivered on 7/29. Which should have been plenty of time to find what they needed to fill the order or at least give me the option to cancel the order so I could place it somewhere else. I paid $419.62 for the arrangement expecting it to look like the picture I sent them. When I complained they ONLY provided a credit of $66.31. Save yourself embarrassment and stress and avoid using this location. The first picture is of what I wanted and the 2nd picture is of what they did delivered. You be the judge. IS IT WORTH IT?
I received get well flowers from someone and they came from Eric’s. I was impressed by their freshness and beauty (and the delivery girl was very sweet). So when I wanted to send flowers to a local friend, I decided to go with Eric’s. It was easy to make a choice, and the price was reasonable. I received word immediately when there was going to be a delay, I’m leaving this review as five stars since, when the flowers were delivered, they were exceptionally lovely, and the recipient was thrilled. I will use Eric’s again.
My brother and I live on the east coast and could not make it to Tucson to see our mom for her birthday. The day before the bouquet was scheduled to deliver, I called to make sure everything was in order. The woman on the phone was super kind and assisted in finding my order. She confirmed with me what time I needed them delivered and assured that I had nothing to worry about. They delivered on time and my mom was so happy with the arrangement. The flowers were fresh and vibrant and it was a great surprise for my mom. Thank you to the florists who were able to create such a beautiful arrangement.
