I’ve gotten 2 deliveries now, both were last minute same day requests that they made happen and both bouquets were beautiful! Very much appreciate their work!

Sharing on behalf of my mom: "I contacted Mary to make floral and gift basket arrangements. The first thing she asked was why I wanted to do this (5 stars). I told her that my mother had died a few years ago and my father passed a couple of months ago. I explained that I wanted to thank a banking branch for all the care, time, consideration, patience, and friendliness that they had extended to my parents over the years. I gathered some of the information that she would need for my order, but because more was needed, she cheerfully volunteered to contact the branch herself (5 stars). Next, she helped me decide on a primary arrangement of flowers for all staff members, some for individual staff members, and one for a special staff member (5 stars). I told her that I also wanted to include fruits and snacks in the presentation and once again she helped me choose just what to include with this (5 stars). There were some items I wanted that she didn’t have so she physically went elsewhere to make sure they were provided (5 stars). After all was done she took the entire, bigger than life, load of happiness to the branch office on her own (5 stars). As a topper for the magnificent over and beyond service that Mary gave, she surprised me with an extraordinary discount on the total cost (5 stars). As one more added bonus, Mary sent pictures of the arrangements after they were given to the staff (5 stars). I contacted Flower Shop Etc from out of state to send to a good friend of mine an arrangement who recently lost her husband. Mary created the bouquet EXACTLY how I mentioned on the phone with the type of flowers and colors. She did an outstanding job and took care to deliver to my friend. I couldn’t be more pleased! It’s always tricky ordering flowers from out of state, but Mary exceeded my expectations and lifted the spirit of my friend by delivering it in person!
