Edible Arrangements

I received my cute little arrangements on Valentine’s Day..no issues at all. Thank you so much! The lady that delivered them was very sweet, and kind along with my pup that snuck out. Her name was unique, and gosh I can’t remember, but she was African American with glasses. Thank you so much ma’am!!

I called to place a delivery order and before even asking me a day and time was told no. When I repeated “No?” She then asked me “well what time?” I stated ,”for today (it was currently 9am) and time but between the hours of 12 and 1”. She just simply said “well we have other orders we’re working on today so…” this was the craziest experience I’ve ever had with this company and will never waste my time with this location again. They definitely need to have more training

I called and had to change date & time for surprise babyshower, all the gals were amazing, funny and kind... then come the day of delivery it was almost 2 hours late, it literally got there 20 minutes before the guest of honor!!! It all fell to hell with the old guy delivery driver, he was beyond rude and he had the nerve to argue with me. He said I never saw a time to deliver by, I said you're supposed to start at 11:30 according to the store, yet your late he continues to argue we just shut the door. The 3 platters of fruit were far from worth $187.09 that was disappointing too. All in all yes I agree with the other reviews, we are a done deal. Edible arrangements has fallen far. Sadly now has lost our family in this climate. Not to mention you probably could have gotten some business from folks attending the shower, but they heard the man being rude and said they won't be ordering anytime soon. Customers matter, maybe you should care a bit more. M.Delarosa

I started to order online and then decided to just call the store to be sure I could get the items that were listed. I spoke with Paulina, and come to find out it was her very first day and her very first phone call. She did an excellent job getting all of the details and double-checked to be sure she was getting everything I asked for and was able to fulfill the order. Not only was the order fulfilled perfectly (Paulina, you did great) but it was also delivered quickly, within just a couple hours. I so appreciate the customer service I received. Asked to speak to Paulina. She might be nervous but she did a perfect job!!!

I was nervous reading the reviews. But the Oder was delivered before it was meant to and look at this!! It’s perfect! The lady at the desk was extremely helpful and polite. Portions were excellent, fruit was as fresh as it could be! Anniversary win! Don’t let the bad reviews completely steer you away, most of them are on HEAVY need days like Mother’s Day and valentines. They do struggle with the demand. I do agree they should only take orders they know they can fulfill. However, my personal experience was excellent and I DEFINITELY will be using them again.
