They made my sister's day! The flowers were gorgeous and beautifully wrapped! I was expecting a simple little card, but even the card was exceptional! Ordering online was super easy. I called the next day and their customer service was friendly and informative. They knocked it out of the park!
DO NOT use this business for your floral needs. We paid $500 for an arrangement for our mother in-laws services. They arrived 15 minutes after the service had started, they did not provide the easel or ribbon we paid for either. The arrangement was soaking wet and broken, so we couldn’t even use it, it just sat on an empty table. To top it off, they did not answer any of our calls or return our call requests. Will be disputing this with our bank. STAY AWAY!!
This floral shop is AMAZING! I had a delivery yesterday for my birthday, receiving 2 bouquets of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen. The roses are stunningly beautiful, and the arrangement with assorted flowers is breathtaking. I also received a white bear and Ferrero Rocher. Everything was delivered with care! PS The white box is for stability when delivering, the vase is in the white box W/ flowers.
I've used Infinity Floral Designs for two gift bouquets recently, one for my mother and another for my grandmother. As I live out of town, I really appreciate finding a company I can trust. Both recipients were thrilled with and raved about the flowers. Highly recommend Infinity.
We do not recommend this flower shop. The main issue is that she did not listen closely, or take proper notes for the order. Note: We lowered this to a 1 star review after reading the response from the owners So... we ordered our flowers (Bridle bouquet, 4 single-rose bud boutonnieres with no babies breath or greenery, and one maid's bouquet) on October 28th, with our wedding scheduled for November 15th. When we ordered, we told her that we wanted only 5 small unopened roses (preferably baby roses) in the Bridle bouquet. We agreed to a small unopened baby white rose in the center, and 4 small unopened baby red ones surrounding it, with a touch of babies breath. Similarly the maid's bouquet was to be the same kind of 2 small red roses with a little babies breath around them. When we arrived at 4:30 PM on Friday the 14th (the day before the wedding) the order was not ready. She had not even started on the crown, because she had a big order for a big customer that she was filling. She showed us the 2 bouquets, that were so big and full of green leaves with giant fully opened roses, she said she had "specially opened them up for us" to be pretty. My bride was devastated. This was not anything like what we had ordered. They were so big, they looked like table center-pieces, instead of bouquets. They would have completely overwhelmed the bride and blocked all view of her from the waist up - walking up the aisle. The KEY word she seemed to have missed, and failed to include on the receipt was the word "small". We also told her that we wanted all the roses small and unopened... we understood that roses will open as they get warm, but everything she delivered that day were opened pretty big. The bride refused to take the bouquets, and the crown was not ready anyway, so she asked us if we could come back tomorrow @ 10AM, as we said no, because the wedding was going to be across town @ 10:30AM. She finally said she could try and get them to the church on-time, and we left with only the boutonnieres. My bride was so stressed out she almost cancelled the wedding, and didn't sleep at all that night. I admit, that we should have been better prepared, with written instructions, photos of samples to show what we wanted, etc. but we thought because we were going to a professional instead of Safeway, we shouldn't have to be so prepared. (see pix of receipt, and actual photos of the final flowers)
