I seriously don’t know what I would have done without Bloom and Blueprint. From start to finish, I felt completely supported throughout the entire wedding planning process, and they truly went to bat for me every step of the way. I booked full-service planning and design, and I have zero regrets about that decision. Maggie did an incredible job bringing my vision to life while still being mindful of my overall wedding budget. She was always open, honest, and transparent, which I truly appreciated. When our venue gave us issues with a few things, Maggie immediately came up with alternative plans—and honestly, what we ended up with was even better than the original idea. For planning, we were assigned Cassidy as our lead planner from day one, and she was worth her weight in GOLD. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cassidy and her team. She was always on top of everything and constantly available whenever I needed her (which was a lot, lol). She fought hard for me, advocated for my vision, and always made me feel like my opinion mattered most above all else. As for the wedding itself—words don’t even do it justice. I’ll be attaching photos because it’s hard to explain just how incredible everything turned out. We are still receiving compliments from family and friends who attended, and even from strangers on the internet! If you’re on the fence about hiring Bloom and Blueprint or investing in full-service planning, do it. It was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

We worked with Bloom and Blueprint for our wedding and originally booked them for partial planning, but we quickly upgraded to full planning after realizing how incredible Casey was! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Casey is extremely thorough, communicates clearly, and takes all the stress out of the process. Our wedding weekend was such a success thanks to her dedication and hard work — she truly made us feel like we were the only couple that mattered that weekend. Her knowledge of South Asian multicultural weddings was impressive (honestly, she knew more than I did!). We couldn’t have asked for a better planner and can’t recommend Casey and Bloom and Blueprint enough!

Bloom and blueprint was amazing to work with. My entire wedding planning process was smooth and never stressful due to their attention to detail and extreme capabilities. I worked with Cassidy and she was super helpful. From the first meeting to the day of my wedding I was confident that things were being handled. I also appreciated their care in not just getting things checked off a list, but making sure things were done just as I envisioned. Would recommend to any bride or anyone planning an event!

We worked with Casey from Bloom and Blueprint, and she and her team did a wonderful job coordinating our multi-cultural, multi-day wedding and Sangeet. We were initially apprehensive about hiring a wedding planner due to cost but ultimately decided to move forward because of the stress involved with managing day-of events. Even though Casey accepted our contract last-minute, she worked extremely quickly to get us up to speed. Since we had already sourced many of our vendors ourselves, Bloom and Blueprint offered a reduced-rate package focused on design support and day-of coordination, which worked perfectly for our needs. Despite the shortened prep time, Casey quickly familiarized herself with all of our vendors and seamlessly coordinated the day-of planning. She provided excellent design recommendations, kept our vision aligned with our budget, and ensured timelines were followed throughout the event. On the day itself, she kept us informed about catering timing, coordinated bridesmaid and groomsmen photo sessions, and made sure venue setup and teardown ran smoothly. Thanks to Casey and her team, we truly did not have to worry about anything during the event, which allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding. The only minor challenge we experienced was some initial sparseness in communication, which was largely due to the very short timeframe and the busy wedding season. That said, Casey was responsive when it mattered most and always followed through. Overall, we had an excellent experience and only wish we had hired her sooner. We would highly recommend Casey and Bloom and Blueprint to anyone planning a wedding—especially complex, multi-day celebrations.
