DO NOT USE! TL;DR: I ordered flowers from their website, they were never delivered. I tried calling, no answer. I live out of town so there is nothing I can do about it. This place seems to exist to scam idiots like me that didn’t read the reviews. Details: I chose them because they were local and close to my mom’s house. I went to their website, made an order and paid. This was 9 days before Mother’s Day…plenty of advance notice. DO NOT USE THEM! Attached is my order confirmation email so prove I truly make an order.
Honestly one of the ugliest floral arrangements I’ve ever seen, and was super tiny even though I paid for a “large” arrangement. Plus the personalized note also had a bible verse attached to it for no reason??? Why would I want that if I didn’t say?? Just a super bad experience overall and wouldn’t recommend. I wouldn’t have ordered from them in the first place but ordered through 1800Flowers which automatically assigned this place through their system, I guess. I don’t think they should be allowed to sell flowers or call themselves a florist.
I paid over $100 for 3 balloons and a premium flower arrangement for my grandmother who had just had major surgery. I ordered them on a Monday which they said I had free same day delivery. It did not get delivered on Monday, so I followed up on Tuesday to ensure that they would get delivered. They responded that it wouldn’t get delivered until Wednesday, and for the troubles, they would upgrade the flower arrangement. However, even though they said the arrangement wouldn’t be delivered until Wednesday, my grandma sent and me a picture of the flowers Tuesday evening, looking nothing like the one I paid for and missing the balloons. I reached out to customer service where they only gave me half of the money back. I told them I wanted a full refund, because I would have never paid over $50 for the arrangement that was sent to her. They then told me that they wanted to fix the problem by still sending the correct order (this was on Wednesday). I told them I would like her to have what I had paid for, and if it couldn’t be delivered I would have rather had the money refunded and purchase flowers elsewhere to have them delivered. They assured me that they would deliver the correct order to her. After waiting a few days, I heard nothing about the flowers being delivered. I sent an email to follow up on Saturday, and no one got back with me. I asked for the remainder of my refund today (Monday) again with no follow up from the company. Had I known they would have given me a run around for a week, I would have ordered her different flowers from another company. A waste of time, money, and energy. I do not recommend them at all, especially during a trying time when wanting to make a loved one feel important and cared for.
I ordered flowers for my friend who was in the hospital. This is what I ordered showed up on website. This is what was delivered. The delivery guy was very pleased with what he delivered… I went and spent less than what I paid for. Thankfully I was given a full refund. I will never order from them again. Highly not RECOMMENDED!!!
Awful, just awful. The worst flower arrangement I’ve ever received! The quality was Walmart mixed flower bouquet arranged by a 5 year old into a vase. Avoid this flower shop, you’ll be taken for your money. What a disappointment.
