Omg what a cute place. The Green Room is pure good-energy the second you walk in — the owner is a total vibe, everything feels thoughtfully curated, and the cutest gifts + maker finds are everywhere you look. The prices were honestly super reasonable too, which made it even better. It immediately put smiles on all our faces, and yeah… safe to say I’m officially a customer for life. 🌸✨

I had ordered for my grandmother to the hospital, however she was being discharged sooner than expected. I called and emailed multiple times to cancel my order with no answer. They took the flowers to the hospital anyways and never tried to call when she wasn't there. I live 20hrs away or I would've went to get them myself. The owners refuse to refund me since they were delivered to NO ONE. Waste of $75 at Christmas, highly recommend taking your money elsewhere. If a business can fulfill an order on a holiday, the business should be able to answer, or do not take orders if no one can communicate with a customer.

I support small businesses regularly and really hesitate to leave negative reviews for small businesses. However, my experience with the Green Room was very frustrating and very unfortunate. I placed an order for a funeral arrangement and immediately noticed there was a mistake in the information. I emailed the business with clarification. I also called and spoke to a female at the business with ample notice (two days in advance). I was assured the correct information was now in the system and I had nothing to worry about. I asked her to go over the information to make sure we were on the same page. She repeated the updated info and again assured me. A few days later, I found out the arrangement was delivered to the funeral home on the wrong day causing the grieving family to have to return a day later to pick up the flowers. The company refused to take any responsibility in documented email exchanges and refused any sort of refund. We turn to florists in times of celebration and in times of sorrow. This is not a business you can trust during those important moments in life.

I purchased a specific arrangement for a dear friends birthday. I asked for a delivery appt and gave her phone number. Not only did they not call for an appt, they sent the flowers out for delivery in the heat of the Arizona desert then brought them back to the shop when my friend was not home. They sent a delivery confirmation email when no flowers had actually been delivered. I was embarrassed when I called my friend and found she had in fact NOT received her gift! I emailed the store and told them all of this and demanded an upgrade to the arrangement and a refresh on any flowers that had suffered. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers after she received them. It is NOTHING LIKE what I specifically shopped for and selected! I chose an arrangement with colors she liked that also included succulents. None of the same colors and no succulents. NEVER, EVER WILL I ORDER HERE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND YOU NOT EITHER!
