Event after event I have used Flowerama in Bentonville and it has consistently delivered the best service. The flower arrangements are beautiful and delivery service is always on time. Thank you all for making every special occasion that much more memorable.
Great delivery! I got online and ordered pretty last minute, and they delivered; no pun intended! And I was told it was a delivery with a smile! Great option for nwa area flower delivery!
I ordered flowers for my 6 year old granddaughters birthday. They didn’t arrive on the date for delivery. I emailed them & called them. No one seemed to know where they were or when they’d be delivered. FOUR DAYS later they show up after I’d canceled them. The arrangement looked like it had been made for Mondays delivery-just a bit wilted. It was too late-birthday over. My first & last time ordering from Flowerama. It’s funny. Somebody had recommended them to me too.
I ordered a floral arrangement that needed to be especially fragrant, as it was a gift for a blind person who would be experiencing it through scent rather than sight. Mandy was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process, she really listened to what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. The arrangement itself was absolutely gorgeous and wonderfully fragrant, exactly what I had hoped for. It was clear that great care went into both the selection and presentation of the flowers. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
Stopped by at 8:30am to order a couple of arrangements for co-workers. I did not get the name of the associate that helped me but she was attentive and helpful. She gave me options and helped me pick out arrangements that turned out just gorgeous…and delivered by 12:30 the same day! Very happy customer.
