My husband ordered me flowers to be delivered at work on Wednesday I didn't get them until late Thursday and they were half dead when I walked across the room the flower fell out of this green bowl, and then on my way home they fell out again, when I got them in the house I looked at the bowl and the green paint was coming off. He paid way to much for what I got. we will NEVER use them again.
Put in order the week before delivery and it was not delivered, was told she ran out flowers. Not sure how she wouldn't have the flowers to fill an order she had for that long? I was refunded, but was only apologized too when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Will never be back.
About two weeks I had to send flowers for a death in the family. I chose this florist at random, as I don't live in Arkansas. On Friday, via the website, I selected a potted azalea to be delivered on Saturday. The following Monday I called this florist to verify the flowers got delivered. The lady said "no" she had a death in the family, but she handed my order over to another florist. I asked her to call me back and tell me what happened to my order. She never called me back. I called again on Wednesday to find out what was happening, again the lady didn't know what the "other" florist did with my order but she would call me back. She never did. My friend in Berryville wrote me a thank you note to say she appreciated the "poinsettia". Poinsettia is also known as the Christmas flower, so I guess the other florist had them on hand. The Flower Garden & Vintage Market is able to accept an order over the internet and collect my money for the order but their performance after that is very poor. They did NOT delivery on the day promised. Missing by 4 days. They didn't hardly come close to what I asked for and worse of all they NEVER called me back after saying they would -TWICE. Shop elsewhere.
My fiance sent flowers to my workplace for my birthday. Red roses and white lilies (my favorite). They were delivered just after lunch and are stunning! I'm not a fan of rose scent normally, but these smell so exquisite I've kept them right on my desk to enjoy their soft fragrance. The lily buds began opening the very next day and are simply perfect. Beautiful fresh greenery and crisp white baby's breath - not that dingy looking stuff you get sometimes. All hand delivered in a heavy cut glass vase. I've been spoiled with flowers over the years, but this is the one of the freshest, most stunning bouquets I've ever received. Super happy and would definitely use this shop again for my floral needs. Thank you!
The flower were not as fresh ( some of the roses petals were dead) they do not refund and are rude bout the money being refunded. Poor customer service in my opinion at this point. I was looking forward to this for my graduation but this does not meet my expectations and ruined my graduation plan for the flower. I Don’t recommend this place.
