I wanted a beautiful arrangement to welcome my baby niece and Petals & Plants presented a SHOWSTOPPER!!! It has impressed to say the least! I can't wait for the lilies to open, and it'll be even more gorgeous. They had wonderful customer service and delivered my dream arrangement. The pics don't do it justice. It's huge and even prettier in person. I'll definitely be using them again anytime I want to send flowers. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Cindy!!!

We ordered a nice floral, there were several sizes, I chose the middle size, however I believe I was sent the smallest, NOT what I paid for. I essentially paid $80 for 7 flowers. Why did I give 2 stars, they were delivered on time & were pretty. But not enough for the price.

Every time I stop in the buy Rose the people are very friendly helpful and thoughtful you have to stop by and visit them they do beautiful flower arrangements but I just buy single rose

I recently ordered a flower arrangement from Ava Flowers based the the description below in the first picture. Total cost for the arrangement/delivery was $122.00. The delivery was a day late and I received a small coffee mug arrangement with a toy car assorted within the flowers that said vroom vroom. I received an email the day of delivery that they were out of this arrangement and would substitute a new arrangement. I was never given the opportunity to cancel my order, the order that I expected my wife to receive. Instead a toy car with 3 carnations, 2 roses and a lily was delivered to my wife on Valentines and I was charged the same amount for the first arrangement that I picked out. Ava's flowers wouldn't refund my money and told me a new arrangement from the florist would be delivered on Monday. I get a call today from Ava's Flowers to inform me that the florist shop is refusing to make a new arrangement and that Ava's Flower's would only give me a $30.00 refund. I ended up paying $92.00 for a nascar themed arrangement in coffee mug that probably would have cost you $20.00 at your local grocery kid section. Not sure where I got scammed at but I would beware ordering from this location and using Ava Flowers. THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED and THIS IS NOT A SUBSTITUTION! I understand Valentine's Day is an extremely busy day for florist shops but if an order can't be fulfilled or substituted to fit somewhat of the description ordered than an option should at least be given to the customer for either a 100% refund or to continue to make an new arrangement with leftover flowers.
