If I could give this business 10 stars I would! After being stiffed by another florist, I called Lana based on someone’s recommendation. I needed flowers delivered to help my elderly parents celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary. I made it clear to her that I did not expect same-day service since I was calling with only two hours left in her workday. In a little over one hour, my parents had a beautiful bouquet on their table. Thanks to Lana! Thank you so much!!!! It made their day and mine
On Saturday Lana's Flowers was closed from information I saw online. I decided to take a chance and called the number listed. She answered the phone and took my order. I needed the order delivered on Monday. I had a specific request and she fulfilled it plus added a few extras. I am over 300 miles away and had never even heard of her florist. I am a hard person to please but she did an Absolutely Perfect Job!!! I would definitely rec
They were so very kind when I called about flowers for my aunt's passing. The standing spray was very beautiful and received many compliments. It was exactly the expression of sympathy that my family wanted to convey. The floral skills were amazing.
I'm from out of state and wanted to order my sister some flowers for her birthday. Lana was able to take my vague idea of "she loves carnations but those are never in a nice bouquet, please make it nice" and turn it into a gorgeous bouquet. My sister sent me a video because a picture "can't capture these" and she was correct. Stunning, delivered the day she promised they would be, I cannot recommend her enough.
Stopped there April 25,2024 about 1:30. Sign on door said would be back at 2:30. It was my last errand so I went home. Went back the next day. A man was in the office talking on the phone. After a few minutes he finally noticed us. He went to find Lana. I don't guess he did. He came back,didn't say anything to us and got back on the phone. Wow! We left.
