Ordered a pretty pink arrangement. Received something I don’t even know what to call it??? So I called back and asked if they could redo. This is all after it getting delivered to wrong place too. We paid $40(plus shipping I think) and maybe got $10 worth(being generous). It was somehow worse than a bouquet you buy at a grocery store. They said okay and that they’d redo it. Hadn’t heard any news so I called them. They heard my voice and hung up. Not once. Not twice. Three times 😁. If I could give negative stars I would. (Also I am certified in floral design so that’s the only reason I’m being a little harsh) but at least the bow was pretty!

I ordered my wife flowers for Valentine’s Day to be delivered to her job. Not only where they delivered on the wrong day, but we also did not receive the order that was placed. I ordered from this florists is because I live in Fayetteville and wanted to support a local florist versus going with one of the big brand names. I called to request this be fixed, I was told nothing could be done nor would any refund be offered. This information was provided to me by someone on the other end who said they got what we have and that’s the best that we can do. The order was over $100 this almost feels like theft. I would not recommend using this florist. They are unprofessional in my opinion this is an unethical business.

Do not order from here!! My husband had anniversary flowers sent to me at work and was mortified when I showed him what they looked like. Below is a picture of what he paid for and ordered along with a picture of the balloon he paid to add on, that they hand wrote “Happy Anniversary” with a sharpie. They charged him $80.00 for this junk. I could’ve made myself a much prettier bouquet with $20 in flowers at Sam’s Club. I honestly can’t believe this place is still in business! They are only surviving by husbands like mine who don’t take the time to read reviews because I’ve never seen a business with worse reviews, day in and day out.

I ordered an upgraded $135 “exquisite” floral arrangement for my daughter and son-in-law. The photos show what I ordered vs what I got - very disappointed and definitely not worth the money. Placed the order online on a Monday evening and the flowers were not delivered until late on Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and order from a different florist!

If I could give a 0 or negative star rating I would. The picture of what was originally ordered (per their website) is in the background and what was delivered is in the front. When I mentioned the vast difference to whoever picked up the phone, I was met with "well, the teapot is $25", well I did not order a teapot, or the dead roses that came with it. They agreed to send more flowers under the condition that they would take the old ones back (as if anyone wants them). The flowers that were ordered were $70,. $70 for 3 (dying) roses and carnations. Hopefully people will take heed to the reviews and avoid them at all cost.
