I have to brag on Mr.Robert and everyone at Expressions! They have always done a fabulous job when making me floral arrangements but this time I had a very special request. I am pregnant with our fourth and final child and we have always done gender reveals for our friends and family but never personally for ourselves. After deciding on a bloom box I knew exactly where I needed to go! Mr.Robert was able to get my gender and make my dreams come true without even of a hint of our surprise and I am so thankful he took on my request. I was already a fan but they’ve just scored major, major points from me and my family. Thank you again Mr.Robert and all the sweeties at expressions for making our reveal so special. Robert and Alyssa were so helpful and friendly when I needed a last minute flower arrangement for a birthday- it turned out perfect! Their quickness to accommodate my procrastination sets them a bar above!
Ordered my wife flowers for Valentine's Day to be delivered. I got an update saying they had been delivered. When I saw her after work she said she never recieved them. We went by the shop to check into it. They gave us flowers like I had ordered but acted like we were bothering them, and never offered to give me the delivery fee back. I will never use them again.
I called an hour ahead to place an order for roses, I asked for and was given a price, and it was ready for pickup when I walked in, with great attention to detail and presentation. Will gladly buy from this downtown shop again in the future.
I placed an order the day before Valentine’s Day, to be delivered on Valentine’s Day to my wife’s work, the arrangement was absolutely stunning, and it was super easy to place the order and be able to surprise her from states away.
