Sadly most of the flowers arrived past their prime. Very disappointing. The arrangement is super cute, I just wish the flowers weren’t already wilted. I always wonder if florists don’t do the best job when someone from out of state orders for local delivery. 😫
I can't express my appreciation for "Veronica's house of flowers & gifts" The gentleman that assisted me threw my panicked state, the other day, You sir, YOU ARE AMAZING!! If I could, I'd give you a raise $$, you definitely deserve it. I've never had anyone, that was just so genuinely helpful, so understanding, & a total sweetheart, when it was involving a "customer service" type of situation... I am truly more than Happy with the finished product♡. And most importantly, my mother was in, "AWHHW" Whenever she received her birthday bouquet! And they didn't it, within a 35ish time limit, because. The other flower place I had first tried, canceled the payment without even telling me and I didn't know it until, and hour before she was gonna leave her place of work! Thank you so much for everything you did for me and my mom. And not to mention, I was sent pictures of every detail and multiple designs and types of flower/roses and ect...and of course the final picture of the finished product! I wish every business had somebody like the gentleman that helped me. You alone sir, will be the reason I use this is bouquet shop for the rest of my life. THANKK YOOUUU SOO MUCH 🥰😘😄😀🙃

The arrangement sent was beautiful which is why I am giving 3 stars, but I do not think they deserve the full 5 stars because 1 day later and they are already turning brown and dying. I know my Fiance probably spent a pretty penny on them and to know that they are already dying is shocking. The ones we have ordered from other places will last for weeks.
