I googled a florist near my sister’s office building, this morning in Little Rock, and chose Frances Florist. I talked to a very nice lady, who helped me decide on a nice arrangement for my sister’s retirement news! She assured me they would deliver the flowers today. Well, about three hours later, I received a call from my sis, who happily received the beautiful surprise arrangement!!💐 She sent me pictures, and I agree, the flowers are gorgeous!! Thanks to Frances Florist for your promptness and professionalism!! I will definitely use your business if I ever need flowers delivered in the Little Rock area again! This was So much better than ordering online! Nice to have that human aspect! 😊
I placed my order over the phone from Florida with Colleen 15 minutes before the shop was closing. Even though it was near closing, she was very friendly and glad to help me. The next morning I called back with a few minor changes needed. She was able to have my order updated immediately. I couldn’t believe how quickly the shop had my arrangement ready. The beautifully arranged bouquet of sunflowers were ready for pickup sooner than expected. My recipient was delighted to have received such a beautiful floral gift. I will definitely order from Frances Flower Shop again. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you all.

I called from Oklahoma asking for a big, bright and beautiful bouquet be sent for my mom’s birthday to include a variety of colors and flowers but for the designer to choose. They did a fabulous job! Mom is so happy and she said they smell so good! I just got here and see them! Yes …just beautiful! Thank you for doing a great job! Here are pictures from all angles. Here’s when she got them at office and now 5 days later still looking great, fresh! Very pleased.
