I have used the florist many times. They are always so friendly and reasonably priced. And today, they made a boutenieere for me last minute when I forgot to order one! I appreciated it so much!!
My flowers are absolutely gorgeous and they went above and beyond to get them to me! It’s every one of my favorite flowers and they smell glorious!
I ordered the sapphire sympathy flower arrangement and the reason because it was the person’s favorite color. Minimal blue and no contact was made with me via text or message to inquire. The response was we have the right to substitute-even so common courtesy would be to reach out since it is a SAPPHIRE arrangement. Below is what I wanted vs what my family friend received.
