Tipton & Hurst - The Heights

My husband ordered these for me, & I would have to say these are the most beautiful flowers I have ever gotten from a florist. I highly recommend Tipton Hurst! You will love the beautiful flowers… Update 3/24/25 My husband bought flowers again from Tipton Hurst for my birthday, & I have to say they are the most beautiful flower arrangement I’ve ever seen!!! Let’s be honest if you send flowers to someone it is expensive (Everything is expensive since 2020 lol) if you want every cent to count order from Tipton Hurst, they are simply the best!!!

★★★★★ Absolutely in love with Tipping Hurst! Every time I step into their shop I’m completely blown away; it’s so much more than a flower store. The flowers themselves are breathtaking, fresh and most gorgeous arrangements, but the entire space feels like walking into a dream. Their interior décor is stunning, the holiday displays are pure magic, and their bridal collection is hands-down the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. It’s the kind of place that inspires you the moment you walk through the door. What truly sets them apart, though, is the people. Every single employee is genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. They listen to exactly what I want (usually I just say “something bright and cheerful!”) and every arrangement turns out even better than I imagined. Delivery is always on time and the drivers are so friendly too. If you haven’t visited yet, you’re missing out; this place is pure joy! Highly, highly recommend. ❤️

WOW 🤯 JUST WOW! I called and spoke with Jessica and gave her specific specialty requests and then told her to use her imagination with the items I wanted…. Boy she did NOT DISAPPOINT!! She did a FANTASTIC JOB! The spray was gorgeous! Competitive price and quality materials were used! She even was kind enough to send me a picture when it was finished! Above and beyond she went! The original review I had was not positive. The owners of this company responded quickly and went above and beyond to make everything right, I am beyond impressed by their dedication. I have received an email within the hour of my post as well as a phone call to make sure my issue was resolved. They have also replaced the original order with a new one and refunded my cost, I did not expect this at all and am taken aback by the customer service. I will absolutely recommend anyone to this florist. I have added pictures of the new arrangement sent. Thank you to the staff and owners who helped make this right.

My fiance and family and I went to Tipton and Hurst for wedding flowers and to just talk about pricing and see what they had and to look around. The people at the counter were very snooty and acted like they were better than us and that we were not really worth their time . When I asked politely if we could speak to someone about wedding flowers, they just rudely said “do you have an appointment” and blew us off basically and just gave us a card and number to call. They did not help us at all. No where on the site did it say to have an appointment. While my family has used them previously for flowers, which were nice, I was really disappointed in the service and the lack of kindness and the snooty attitudes of their employees. I was really excited to work with them and they just lost a customer.
